1Acceptance of Terms
By signing up, creating an account, installing the BugSwift Chrome Recorder extension, or utilizing any BugSwift cloud testing grid services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an enterprise or organization, you represent that you possess the authority to bind such entity.
2Description of BugSwift Platform
BugSwift provides an AI-augmented browser test automation platform featuring:
- Low-code browser test recording via the BugSwift Chrome Manifest V3 Extension.
- Parallel test execution across distributed Playwright cloud runner fleets.
- Dynamic AI self-healing selector fallback engines and visual step editing.
- Continuous integration (CI/CD) webhooks, diagnostic HAR recordings, and failure video replays.
4Test Data, Environment Secrets & Credentials
You maintain sole control over the data, form inputs, test profiles, and environment variables entered into BugSwift. Sensitive variables (such as passwords and bearer tokens) stored in your environment profiles are encrypted at rest with AES-256. BugSwift executes tests autonomously within isolated sandboxes and does not store plaintext passwords outside your configured vault.
5Ownership and Intellectual Property
Your Data: You retain complete ownership of all test suites, steps, recorded user flows, screenshots, and custom test logic created using BugSwift.
BugSwift IP: BugSwift owns all software, cloud architectures, algorithms, self-healing ML models, trademarks, and documentation comprising the platform.
6Cloud Runner Capacity & Execution Quotas
Service plans provide a designated number of parallel execution slots and runner minutes. If your queue exceeds concurrency limits, subsequent runs are queued until execution slots become available. Automated concurrency limits prevent runaway test loops from degrading shared infrastructure.
7Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
BugSwift is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We are not liable for business interruptions, software deployment failures, or false negatives/positives originating from target application updates or third-party web services.
